CNC turret punching machine

A turret puncher with direct drive servo motor — it retains the advantage of a simple, reliable structure, while servo transmission performs better than hydraulic. High-efficiency, energy-saving, low-noise and high-accuracy: die-cutting, forming, beading, lettering and more, from one machine.

Why a servo-driven puncher

KECMT CNC turret puncher adopts a direct drive servo motor, which retains the advantage of a simple and reliable structure. At the same time, servo transmission has a better performance than hydraulic transmission. The ES300 series punch press has the characteristics of high-efficiency, energy-saving, low-noise and high-accuracy, and can realise many processes like die-cutting, forming, beading, lettering and so on.

What the machine is good at

  • Perforated patterns — cable tray, racking, ventilation and grating work where the same hole pattern repeats across many sheets
  • Forming operations — beading, lettering and shallow forming in the same setup as the cut, which is what the multi-station turret is for
  • Mixed low-volume work — the program changes per sheet, so no two nests need to be the same
