The fastest way to an accurate quote is a drawing. Failing that, tell us the material, the thickness, the longest bend length and — if power or space is tight — what you have available.

Send us your requirement
This form opens a pre-filled email in your mail client. If nothing happens, write to us directly at roger@kecmt.com.

What to send us
A drawing is ideal, but it is not required. In order of usefulness, here is what moves an enquiry forward fastest:
- A drawing or a photograph of the part. Even a phone photo of the finished part tells us more than a paragraph of description.
- Material and thickness range — including the thickest thing you might ever put through it, not just what you run today.
- Longest bend length and the deepest part you need to clear past the uprights.
- Available power and space, if either is tight. Voltage, breaker size, ceiling height and door width all change what is possible.
- Volume and tolerance. Ten parts a month and ten thousand a month are different machines, and the tolerance you have to hold decides the control level.
If you have already worked the numbers yourself, mention what thetonnage calculator gave you. It saves a round trip.
What happens next
We read the requirement, and if it is not clear from what you sent we will ask rather than guess. Then you get a configuration and a quote — including the tooling, because a machine specified without its punch and die is half a specification.
If what you need does not suit a machine we build, we will tell you that too. We are not the right supplier for every job, and pretending otherwise wastes your time and ours.
Common questions
Can you build a machine to a non-standard specification?
Yes — that is a large part of what we do. Throat depth, daylight, stroke and bed length are the usual variables. Send the part that will not fit a standard frame and we will tell you what it takes.
Do you supply the tooling with the machine?
Yes, and we would rather it were specified together than bought separately afterwards. The tool clamping system has to match the machine, and getting it wrong means buying twice.
My workshop only has single phase power.
That narrows the range but does not close it. Readwhat single phase actually limits first — it explains where the practical ceiling sits and what a phase converter does and does not solve.
What about shipping, customs and installation?
This guide covers what to preparebefore the machine arrives — power, lifting, floor loading and an acceptance checklist. Ask us about the shipping and customs side once you know which machine you want.
Should I buy used instead?
Sometimes, genuinely. This comparison sets out where used equipment makes sense and what it costs you that is not on the listing.
